A lot of the bathroom will be newly reframed, so we have the opportunity to fit in a one piece tub-surround combo and have plenty of room to actually get such a unit in the front door and all the way to the bathroom.I am curious if anyone has any suggestions on brands.

As everyone knows, the Austin market and surrounding is ridiculous, at the moment.

In my case I own a number of units in an area that has become a magnet for people moving out of NYC and the surrounding areas.  

If the rationale is covid, and vaccinations are taking hold as they are with the level of uncertainty surrounding conditions 15 months from now about the pandemic and recovery, I dont follow the connection or rationale.....

Little more affordable per surrounding neighborhoods and in my opinion safer.
