@Allan C.What I appreciate most about the BP community is the support and honesty.

USDA (insured) loans were ment to support rural business development which includes farmers building a barn etc.  

Any fees should be paid upon closing as the money changes hands and be supported by legal paperwork.  

I'm starting with wholesaling because it's a good way to make money to support my future real estate ownership.

That being said, the real issue (my opinion) is that those who go to jail don't get the education they need when they are in jail (i.e, financial literacy, Mindset, business, etc.) and also don't have the proper support when they get out of jail.   

My family is an unfortunate event where my aunt is medically incapacitated and we’re taking care of all her finances.She owns an apartment in LA that is under RSO and the only source of income supporting her at the moment.

I love the template you have set up, very informative support and tutorials and easy to customize.

You do should not pay more than your analysis supports; if you 'have to pay more', then your numbers seem to tell your you should stop at this point.Much success.Bob
