You can share documents (invoices, quotes, spreadsheets), make video and voice calls... it does it all.And no I do not work for them or have any affiliation, Im an IT professional / house flipper who just thinks it would be a great solution.Good luck!

However, if you're in a competitive market, sellers prefer offers with less contingencies.That being said, if you feel like you might be backing out of a lot of these offers, I would say visit the property or at least drive by before submitting offers.

I've been exploring the obvious like a new SEO website with blog/newsletters, videos giving investors an update on our projects, advertising on Social Media (FB, IG, etc), attending conferences, being interviewed on podcasts and/or starting my own podcasts....Any other suggestions?

If possible, the tenant should take photographs or a video of the defective conditions or have local health or building officials inspect the rental unit before moving.

He has a YouTube channel and if you look for his "property of the week" videos he gives expense breakdowns that are conservative. btw, rents for semi detached (detached are too expensive now), SFHs that are nicely renovated (that part's key!)
