(I'm in the northeast, prices are high yes, but stay with me...).The sellers numbers that they are presenting (water, electric, maintenance, mgt etc) in hopes of making this deal LOOK ENTICING TO A BUYER show that after financing the new owner at this price would be left with about a $10,000 annual LOSS!!

But as for the claim, that would go on your car insurance, not my insurance.Tree Lady:No you are responsible for anything thats on your property falling on our property I will put a lein on your duplex and go to small claims court so please be aware of this I'm not messing with you I will see you in court everything is documented and I will get ahold of finance company where this duplex is financed through I already have your insurance info so thank for talking with me

Kyle - if you want to determine if  conventional financing is  possible for you at this time ...I would recommend connecting with a loan person to get a formal  pre approval  in place  for any scenario you  care to work with  ...this  process is free and  help analyze credit / asset/ income / employment  and   if  you aren't able to  get pre approved at this time - you can  then be aware of any  facet you  will need to  work on ….thanks
