I will be renting Section 8 ( not that it should make a difference) but wanted to know methods used to collect rent outside of cash, checks, and money orders.

If you spend a week hanging out where investors hang, and using the antiquated  method  of simply saying hello and passively shooting your pitch, you'll have a partner in no time.

I can see many pros to this method.

However, his employer is going to reimburse him for his PM fees because of the job move, but in order for that to happen, they need invoices from a company stating the fees so this method wouldn't really work for that.
