I don't thinknitbis so much about a specific area as it is a good price on a specific property that has views and amenities that people want.I would set up search for popular mountain tourist locations and be patient till the right property comes along and be ready to pounce.You can put a property under contract to lock it up and then schedule a viewing and make a decision during the due diligence time.

It also stays off of your personal credit/DTI which will help you as you live your life outside of these properties.Those will be a specific set of lenders that you will want to look into as many of them have different requirements that you would have to adhere to, but overall much more of a simpler process than your conventional lenders, while being a couple of points higher in processing.

I think it might make more sense for me to continue to rent my current apartment due to the conveniences and being able to walk to work versus moving into one of the units in the multiplex as I had originally planned.
