I've seen way more than my fair share of roommate issues over the years but I always let them know it is their problem to solve.

I am always trying to develop my mindset toward better and more positive results, problem solving, and crushing fears and  obstacles.

They would not send information unless I accepted that issue.A big part of real estate is solving other peoples problems, so I was wondering what the creative solution is? 

Firstly, when motivated sellers are calling from a marketing piece, it is because they have a problem and they want to have it solved.  

They take your recording fees and taxes and move on to the next transaction.Your title company will record the corrective deed with the right legal, issue owners title insurance, and the problem will be solved.

And I don't make offers, I solve problems.Now instead of rules let's talk reality.
