Hey guys,Just wondering if anyone knows how to verify income for a tenant applicant that is older and says their only source of income is social security and VA benefits.  

I am not aware of any laws against having 2 kitchens in one dwelling unit (in fact, many very high end houses have a second kitchen for the staff to cook for social events).

The purchase price was recently reduced to $30,000.00, at which point my interest was elevated because I'm a full-time social worker so I don't have a lot of personal capital to work with.

After doing rental research today and crunching some numbers, and I think I'd run out of money too soon, even with my IRA and social security. 

@Marcus Johnson - I admire your drive and focus to buckle down and grind through the $28k in loans.If you have not already, you benefit from developing a personal budget to have an intrinsic understanding of what all your personal liabilities are, what you should be making and what your savings and investment requirement should be, in an environment where the future of social security and it solvency is suspect. 

Most people aren't paying for individual calls anymore, so 'toll-free' isn't a big deal.

I go over the requirements again.We are all so accustomed to using social media where there is little one on one contact. 

Students are more social so they will use more often so you need a larger pool.So my question basically is, what is the appeal of student housing when there are all these restrictions and limitations?
