Learn everything you can about SEO and social media marketing and set up landing pages (plenty of free services like Wix and Weebly) then build solid relationships (get the in writing) with any type of business, Investors, Realtors, Trades ect.. and sell them your leads.

My advise is to concentrate heavily on social interaction with people.

My professional background is in clinical social work and healthcare administration and, not being familiar with real estate, I was at first skeptical and kept telling myself "maybe one day."

The next best is to put collections against her name and social security. if you don't know her social, it is still okay, as collection agency can get that info. 

Drew,May sound silly, but did you try call, text, email and their social media accounts, this may tell where they are or if something has happened?
