And, the owner's lender, the seller, will be in a NON-OWNER OCCUPIED status as I had mentioned above ( don't really understand why that question came up later, guess no one reads my posts) for loan purposes and insurance.As I also mentioned above, you need to check with your state on how they view an RTO under the SAFE Act.
