If you aren't going to college for a specialized field (doctor) then the only real benefit is the social atmosphere.

Its actually a combInatIon of two problems .They have no goaLs/motIvatIon and They have too many optIons. untIl you can fIx their mIndset they wIll struggle from cradle to grave there is ZERO social welfare in Singapore..

With traditional payroll, I’d unnecessarily incur payroll taxes as well as deductions like FICA (social security and medicare), federal and state income taxes.

In addition, there is continuous need for social workers and counselors, both of which would be happy to hire someone with a masters degree.

This complex does not offer any amenities and is just a small circle with several buildings. 

I cannot understand why people will post on social media the size of a check they got from a refi, or bragging they bought their ninth house.

@Giovanni LunaAlso, talk to Dept of Social Services, Neighborhood housing associations, churches, addiction organizations, or any organization that helps poor or moderately poor citizens.

And, in the future if there is a fire or flood, when the lawyers start circling like vultures, you will have a better chance of staying out of the mix.

Doesn't hurt to think outside the box and get wildly creative with the Internet and various other social platforms.
