Assuming the person on oxygen does not smoke, is there a reasonable justification for me prohibiting smoking inside the apartment?

While you do that you should develop other sources. 

There's a major rezoning coming here, most likely beginning in 2015, that's going to be boosting development density to 260% of the current base permitting, going from 22 dwelling units per acre to 58 and raising height limits from 45' to 75'.

I agree, I don't understand the need to perfect IOS version and not have a need to even develop an Android version...I would think getting this to the masses is what you would be after but you shoot yourself in the foot by discounting an Android version....IMO....

More importantly though I think, I have several friends I can lean on who are commercial developers who can help build out a pro forma to filter leads when they come in.Big picture, I'm wondering how you might recommend approaching commercial property owners with direct marketing??

All the houses are $300K+ so those of us in the SFR for <$1,000/month club have a product that is in demand and faces zero threat from developers.

A good mentor can assist you in developing the materials that would be needed to bring the deal to an investor.
