Does anybody have experience using skipgenie / skipgenie.com for skip tracing service?

You should search skip tracer/tracing on this site.

If they don't ask questions, skip them they are new.

When they call, we get the message automatically transcribed and their number is tracked and skipped for call back.

With that I have already paid for courses such as a BP Bootcamp, mastermind groups and conferences, and plan to buy tools to support the business (computer, a monthly app for CRM/skip tracing and Google Voice number). 

I’m really confused about the mixed use 1031, I see a lot about people selling mixed use properties and using the 1031 but not the buying of mixed use such as a farm/ bed&breakfast using proceeds from the 1031.

Am I better off waiting to see if she skips rent or should I file two evictions?

Mike - since this is a one-off opportunity, I recommend you employ the services of a skip-tracer.

I have also heard of DataZapp (.03c per skip) but am worried about the accuracy.

@James Syed have you ever put thought into farming phone numbers using skip tracing tools and launching a cold call campaign along with your direct mail?
