I believe he was just very green and very inept his model of 50k rentals would never work then and will not work in the future.. at least for OOS investors who have to hirer everything out. those props are only appropriate for local hands on landlords that have the thick skin to deal with those areas.

😂As to your question, like many others, I add the 10s digits first then the ones so 40+20=60 8+7=15 60+15=75.Interesting question as so many way to skin a cat...kinda like real estate investing!
