Do you get put on the note as another Party to the Note?

I know they're a large wholesaler on the east coast, I'm in Atlanta, GA.

Hey Biggerpockets fam, first time homebuyer here I would like some opinions on if buying a house at almost your max buying power is to risky.

Another thing I didn't mention but should have is that its VERY hard to create enough forced appreciation with a rehab when you use FHA because the property needs to be in pretty good condition to qualify for an FHA loan to begin with.

When house-hacking, I would choose the market that you're already living in.
