Return is 35-40K per year . or 300 cashflow after setting 300 aside for future maintenance and repairs.. that is of course if i can rent it for the 1600 . if it drops to 1500 well then its still 100 over that 300 im saving every month.what do you think now ?

You'll get a very low rate for what you produce (excess you put in the grid), while you'll be charged a much higher rate for what you consume (get from the grid, likely at night).There are other "payback" schemes that offer higher rates, but they are limited (basically efficient only for very small systems), or have charges that offset the higher rate.

Yes, there will be limitations of a TN financial institution as I live in CA, and I have read articles about potential tax and filling season issues if you bank outside the state where the business is registered.
