how much is the PSF value , or even, how much profitablity is he making if he is selling 500 green tea per day :)So things like that.

While it is difficult and time-consuming to get approved, the main issue is that the interest rate will run well into double digits and, to add insult to injury, you get taxed on the interest you're paying and you're forced to take a life insurance.

Look for deals for investors (whole sale) and sell them deals and build trust and wealth that way.

I have no association with the school or group, but I often see on BP people wanting more education about some of these topics like tenants/evictions or Selling your property, etc. 

But find someone local to where you live that is actually doing it, not selling a program to teach you how to do it.
