-Bathroom tile wall is bad outdated color, and not good condition, with a few tiles starting to come loose. 

The GP/LP interests should be aligned, and at end of day it really comes down to the syndicator and people who represent them to do the right thing, which we are gonna see peoples true colors in the next few years. 

There are no risks looking at the world through rose colored glasses, which is fantastic until that thing called reality happens.

Could someone give me a little more color on the new Fannie Mae guidelines for initiating a cash out refinance?
