hahaOur current home mortgage: $279,000Rental home mortgage: $119,000Our thoughts currently are to let our rental ride out, it is cash flowing slightly and we plan on increasing rent 2019.Through some rough figuring we have figured we can come up with about $33,000 every 3 months.Currently our though process is to pay off our current home like I previously stated, and here is why we thought of that.

After 3 years as tenants I would be putting them on M2M and ride it out.Tell them you will hold them to 60 days notice in advance of moving.

But I think with 2-4 unit prices no longer providing the same market appreciation ride from the bottom, there is a lot more proportional opportunity in the 5+ unit buildings you can force appreciation on.

@dennis m I have not seen the inside of any of the units I was going to take a ride by in the morning to at least check out the area.The down payment is 115k @5% interest and 30 year amortization I believe the monthly mortgage is 3600 and some change
