I already have an unsecured credit card - fidelity visa rewards card - and I've been building up my credit the past year or so.

I've been really happy with my out of state investments but would be hesitant to get into a full rebuild.Like everything else I suppose, more risk more reward, but more risk.

He doesnt ask for anything, I just wanted to reward him with a finders fee of some sort.

I went out and bought a nice gas weber and the thanks that came pouring in from all the tenants was rewarding.

There is comparable reward with manageable risk.

I'm currently searching for a CPA so I can't help much there, but I know Andy's real estate expertise has been very helpful for me.

I would think that if you are being represented by a broker and they are using their expertise to negotiate and help you step by step that whatever compensation you guys agree to would be worth it to you. 

After you receive the report back, contact specialist to look more detailed at their areas of expertise (i.e. roof, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
