We'll be discussing how to double rent revenue overnight by furnishing my property and renting it out monthly.

Yes I understand its also a revenue generator for the state but its not a cash cow.

This ranges from 1-2% of actual rental revenue and DOES impact my cash flow....Do you also include this insurance or do you simply take the risk??
