Hopefully you have some great Square footage to work with.Your inspection report could really be ugly and cost you $1000.I would pass on information you have provided!

The property manager failed to report on the declining micro-market changes where the property was located and so the sales price reflected that reality.  

Sorry for this very basic question.which tool or website is used to create this report.

Another vote for Cozy here, easy for tenants to link their bank account, nice reporting one click to export an excel of payment history come tax season, I also like how it sends an automated "upcoming rent due" reminder email to tenants out a few days before 1st of the month.

The Insurance company may be a 24 hour claim line that you can get this reported to and get info on how to proceed.  

Took inspection report sent it to a virtual assistant (I didn’t have time at that time) to break the items in the inspection into a few categories for example Electrical, potential water issues, tenant safety, then cosmetics.

We have our inspection today actually and should receive that report soon.

I don't know if you have to disclose it upfront or not, BUT if you don't and someone reports you before you disclose it you can get in trouble.So check your agent rules on that.

I close on Tuesday so unfortunately have nothing to report back as far as work that has actually been completed.
