. :)From purely a marketing standpoint though, you don't seem to hear about any Canadian real estate investors outside of Don Campbell who have turned their expertise into an empire, whereas in the U.S. the names are endless.

(this step is purely so that you can organize your files in your phone, you can skip step 3 but i don't recommend it)4. drag the podcast file into that new folder and wait for it to fully upload into the hard drive5. unplug and go to your music player, the phone will AUTOMATICALLY (<--this is the brilliant part of Andorid) search your entire harddrive for files it can play.6. click on the file and listen!

One municipality requires both hard wired and battery operated CO and Smoke detectors in every dwelling be it SFH or Multi.This is why it is best to work with people that know the local markets.

Don’t expect to escape rent completely on your first deal, but if it has some cash flow as a pure investment, and you can rent it from yourself for pretty close to what you’d be paying for rent anyway, that’s a great place to start.
