One topic that jumped out at me was McElroy spoke about in order to run a successful business you need to install systems, but what I want everybody that view this, is to list every professional you will need in your real estate business.

Thats why I couldnt understand why such a seemingly savy professional would say that.

Basically, she is a busy professional with a family and kids who doesn't have the time to do what she wants to do in real estate.

I guess I balk at the idea because I generally keep business and home separate, as well as keep my business and my professional work life separate.

Also like I mentioned the community is small and these assets are all professionally managed.

The ignitors can be easy to replace if you know what you are doing ( if not sure call a professional !)

I was merely giving the opinion of a professional who changes several thousands of air filters a year, works on hundreds of units a year and has a thorough understanding of the mechanics of hvac systems.
