I had a history with spec homes and enjoy building them so when I was researching the area we were moving to and realized the housing stock was low and RE agents were suggesting new builds, I thought let’s build!

Was lookin at buying their in stock wood shakers, I can have them delivered for $80 and hire own work out, or I can have them install.

When we have time and space I have them pull out a cabinet and turn the peninsula into an island (it does eat into the dining area space) but then you can use stock laminate on the L and granite the island.

This last week in particular the stock market has been very volatile which probably means nothing but makes me a little nervous.    

I assume that any profit I make from a real estate deal will be invested in a low cost total stock market fund. 

If all od the 401Ks or securities on the stock market held by americans were converted to dollars in 1 day , there is not enough paper money printed in the united states to give everyone what they are owed.The IRS has never been anything other than the Taxing authority for the Federal Level on goods and services.As for the Treasury not considering cryptocurrency a security.If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck .....
