There are a ton of forum posts about podcast #70, that point out illegal and unethical practices, that "system" dreamed up nothing new and it's full of issues that Grant has/d no clue about.

I am determined to change this.Anyone have any practical (non-philosophical) ideas on successful ways to make small, incremental changes to create a pattern of success-inducing behavior?

And, I continue to call out a couple of large wholesaling entities who have a systemic practice of questionable behavior.

As luck would have it, my Architectural practice has specialized in energy efficiency for over 30 years...and I have designed quite a bit using the materials mentioned in the house.  

Great way to get in hot water with TREC for practicing real estate without a license.

As a Realtor, I'm not even sure my E&O would cover me for lending practices but I don't want to have to rely on that.
