I'm guessing you don't have access to that, but another thought I just had and I don't know if this can still be set up now that your already there, but you could sign a limited power of attorney and have someone you trust sign the documents for you.

This is my biggest worry:I think we are going to end up with a shift in power, and when the party of tax and spend gets power, they are going to be looking for more money for their social programs.

I've been thinking about it and I'm going to get mine for 2 reasons. 1 - I want the info on the MLS and I want it faster. 2 - I want to have the freedom to list my properties directly if I ever decide to sell one.

Over the past 10 years of investing in Real Estate I have gotten more and more frustrated with the utility bills and waste generated from the tenants in my buildings.I have since worked closely with a micro wind-turbine manufacturer out of California and have really concentrated on making the idea of having GREEN power & GREEN reuse on my buildings a reality.Well, about 4 months ago, I joined an idea competition on a website called IDEABLOB, hosted by a credit card company.
