We've put a lot of energy into getting a foundation - joined our local REIA, going to meetings, webcasts, podcasts (the investor is well regarded on BP and did a popular podcast....)

We've had a lot of real estate investing here so it's a pretty popular market.

Here in MN, and I have heard in other markets similarly, we have already seen this big time especially in the popularly known market centers such as Minneapolis.

It’s true that turnkeys are not too popular here in BP, the analogy of turnkey as ready to drink soda 🥤 bought in 7-11 vs buying soda at Costco and preparing it yourself was made and stayed in my mind so it’s good to hear success stories like yours.

Ohio is super popular for out of state investors from New Jersey.

So herd-think has really taken center stage, and the popular response is not to make unique actions, just unique pronouns and bbaaaahhhh together. 

Another option would be to look at the Ocean View area of Norfolk; though not quite as popular, it has a lower barrier to entry, and you can find some great homes very close to the water if not on it.

Modular & Manufactured are popular here in Fl and in the rural areas and look great for the price.
