Will definitely be investing in a membership to begin learning and networking here in Boston.

He had a knack for getting into these long lectures about how he invested in property throughout his career and the type of life it has afforded him.I am new to the world of real estate so I’m looking to network, learn, and start investing in rental properties relatively soon.

As we're getting started long distance, we're approaching OOS or long distance properties from more of a turnkey perspective to get started as that might allow us to get experience with minimizing headache from rehabbing from a distance, plus that could potentially allow us to use the turnkey network (property management + their access to recommended contractors, etc.)

Continually learn and network with like-minded people and/or those that are successful in what you want to do and who you meet at local real estate clubs and events that are real and just not a sales gimmick.As an investor you must do the opposite of most others do to be successful. 

I think those two ways will really be able to help you expand your network quickly.
