online it said i NEED to enter the PIN# that is on the tax invoice.. and i didnt have the bill so i figured since i'm low on cash (going thru an eviction, sale, relocation) i'd just have it paid at closing with the late fees and all.can totally see how changing someone else's tax billing/mailing address to one's own address would constitute fraud unless it was explicitly authorized by the person (or entity) as billed.
