I have always loved Michigan and am looking to buy a personal property with lots of land over 20 acres that I can visit on weekends.

I just referred a client of mine for his three unit and his quote was under $1700 for the year.

The front part of the property is a house, while the daycare operates in the back.The woman currently leases the daycare space and wants to stay, but the seller is looking to offload the property because he doesn’t want to handle the updates or renovations it needs, which are significant.

I’ve been hitting dead ends as far as finding funding options being an out of town investor in the Pittsburgh area.

He says his source at a leading information provider, tells him that their research reports a serious drop in the number of "wholesalers" out there from 90,000 in mid 2022 to about 20,000 now, in fall of 2024.

I also have just recently broken through having a dozen doors.   

Once renovation is done,  you could refinance it to pull out equity for your next project..

Remember, once the foundation is fixed (and it never is), you have to fix the superstructure items that were thrown out of wack, starting with load-bearing walls.
