I have been looking into purchase options, but I might consider a lease option because it wouldn't go against my DTI when I purchase another home. 

Any suggestions on which option should i choose?

Especially going the low down option you will get the best bang for your buck. 

If you're open to less equity, this option would make your home more attractive to buyers depending on your rate.

I recently got one from www.bestfinance.io/heloc/, they offered many options that other companies did not.

@Michael DonaldI have worked with a couple of property managers, in my experience, there are always pros and cons about each one, there are multiple options in Tulum.

I would still want to sell as an option in a year or so.

But looks like an option. 

I thought I could grow a portfolio of cash flow producing real estate in lower tier neighborhoods but after speaking with a number of people through this platform and elsewhere, its a losing proposition.

I'm in Longmont and am curious how/why you landed on that as one of your options.
