When you walk through a  rental property you always want to run the sinks and showers to check the water pressure, open cabinets and windows, check the lint trap for the dryer, etc.

@Alex U.I am not personally familiar with the San Diego market but I would imagine that the San Diego market is feeling the same pressure as most other markets.

Anyone ever hear of a REQUIRED pressure test to turn on the gas?
