@Joe Gore Probably iPage since they are less than 2 dollars per month but I'm really big on consumer reviews on just about everything and there are a few others that offer hosting under 2 or 3dollars/ month like HostMetro and JustHost.

Once to simply say my meter was working and not even mention the stream of water going down the road after flowing out of the meter well.Then again to simply say it's "on the consumer's side".

But 25% of the time the situation changes.The most time consuming event is when a tenant moves out (clean up the unit/repairs/etc) and finding a new tenant.The second most consuming event (for me) are the repairs.
