It should be a very nice rental income for him over the long haul.You could also invest in syndicated apartment deals or mobile home parks, which could also deliver nice returns (so long as the operator knows what they are doing).Study up and get advice from as many experienced parties in the respected fields before making your run at it.

The lack of web/mobile has been bugging me since I have to be at my PC or Remote into it to do updates.I also use Tellus which is free but the lack of web (it is iOS/Android only) bugs me too, as it makes document management a pain and hurts with older folks that may not be on a device to download there app (which means no request/billing communication).
