Antimicrobial really means nothing for you that's something for medical installs and basically can be duplicated with a good cleaner.

I think exercise not only builds your confidence but actually makes you happier. 

I am currently a medical device engineer and am trying to start a path into real estate investing.

I'm unsure of AZ law on that front.I am having her put together an offer just for the land in order for her to comply with their agreement to exercise her option and force them formally reject it.

But it was a good exercise. 

Chris:You would go about acquiring any zoning preferences as if you were going to build ... variances are normally transferred with the property (check, just in-case your local folks have a different approach with variances which have yet to be used/exercised.

@John Matthews I went through this exercise about 3 years ago while trying to manage some of the same issues you mentioned - #3 in particular, and also because at least one of our properties didn't fit into a nice Fannie Mae box (urban residential use, but think of a tenant running a small hair styling business).  

What we do look at and consider is bad credit related to 2 items - Medical and school loans.
