Are they collecting a premium for managing the repairs?

Our cash flow is not good, but we are not negative even with the depreciation.it is also possible to write off if you actively manage your own STR.

What are some ways to do this when self managing from a distance.

Im renting it out through a management company, im not making money on it but it comes somewhat close to paying for itself.

The building offers full-service amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, onsite management, a pool, an observation deck, a children's pool, an indoor playground, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a yoga & gym facility.

Its nothing crazy but we've managed to use the profits on those to buy two for personal use (see my note below on finding a way to profit off our consumerism;)Investing in Timber Land is also fascinating to me.
