All 4 rooms would share the one bathroom in the main house (which is my major concern).  

This allows us to rent our ADU full time as a short term rental as we live next door in the main house.

But the landfills care about 2 main things...1) that the tire can no longer hold any air, and 2) that it cannot hold any water.  

They must think that's my main job or something... 🙄🙄 I've gotten that book and I'll be reading it on deployment so I can come back ready to keep rolling!!

@Jon Schwartz the SB9 bill is the main reason we are focusing on acquiring.

You need to start with a main screen, put the fields you want on the screen and put pictures of buttons you click with descriptions explaining how you want to sort records, what you want on reports, etc.Starting when the first personal computers were invented, I spend more than $150,000 trying to find the right computer for my company and trying to find the right software and I always had to develop my own from scratch.

  :) and still could not get it to work for rental purposes.One of the main draws to the mid west is there are still literally millions of homes / or maybe 100s of thousands that you can buy and rent that the cost today are far less than replacement value.. pert near any rental under 125k in the mid west is below replacement costs these days ..

The main tenant is okay - pays rent on time, agreed to pay extra for the other person, all looks good and the lease is for almost another year.

The main reason I am looking into this is because I am going to be moving overseas and I still want to invest while I am gone.

Main egress is enclosed stairs on front of house. 2nd egress for tenants are stairs in back leading to yard and driveway.
