Large, open floor plans, full size washer/dryer in units, individual locking bedrooms, and either a balcony or patio depending on which floor the unit is on. 

Bought an older condo townhouse with a tenant already locked in.

So all is good, I got my rate locked when they were low and I thought this was a done deal! 

Do the move out survey, note and photograph damages, change the locks, give the ex-tenants a letter that goes over the damages and costs to fix.  3. 

There is a fence around that property and they have locked the fence from the inside so people can’t even get to the door step now.

I've been looking into Rently but I wouldn't be able to go to the house to add/remove the lock. 

I would assume that for now and give them details the week or two before (leave the keys on the counter, lock the door behind them, leave the house clean and free of trash and they’ll get their full deposit back, etc).

Usually it takes 6-8 touches before we get a deal under contract and I currently have 4 locked up without any follow-up needed.

Other than that....nothing.Our town/county went into "full" lock down about 9 days ago, but 75% of businesses were deemed "essential" including real estate services (title company, banks, inspectors, etc) so they are still open.
