You need all of your business obligations from local vendors, contractors, and certain Team members.With regards to a location be is the southern United States around fairly large cities that are devirsably economically, has growing population, job growth, and to invest in a growing area. 

It was also awakard location and hard to get to, yours is far easier.Probably could of done it a little cheaper but doubt that much.

I have been considering building a team in different markets to optimize my ROI thinking it may be slightly easier to locate a motivated seller that are not asking for retail.

Comparing rent to similar homes in the area, you can be looking at anywhere from 675-1000$ per month in rent, depending on location, SQFT, etc.. 

Have been trying hard to find some wholesale guys but can't seem to locate one. 

The condo 3 bed 2 bath, 1150 sq ft is located in central Phoenix, AZ in a nice gated community.

The more I look into it the more I realize the area we are moving to is just not a BRRRR-able/house-hackable location.
