@Martin Sterling that is not true , you need to stop lying.

Let’s say i get a loan from the bank to house hack, is it actually mandatory for me to live in the property or can i just lie to the bank and rent out all the rooms and continue living at home or is this not allowed when house hacking, I’m just getting started so I’m not sure if I’m asking a dumb question to most of you who are more experienced.

Everything I do is HONEST to my core.....For me there is no need to lie about anything to be frank.....I have worked with great honest people in this business even thou I am fairly new you have to know your stuff and know how to read peoples actions, actions will show you everything you need to know about a person.

You don't have to know everything, but you do need to know when a contractor is lying to you.

It seems that if I am a full time investor with some extra capital lying around then I should be looking at states with short redemption periods.
