Just curious of what you think of my idea and curious of other ways to legally pay less taxes.

We had already signed the contract with the wholesaler, although for the closing  we would like to have a legal opinion on our side.

Typically A clause is enforceable if it is legal and your tenant agrees to it.

Also, I suspect that going to battle over keeping them in the lease would just cost more in legal fees than it would recover and would not improve the situation.Would appreciate any suggestions on minimizing/eliminating breaking of lease in the future.
