There are such firms that are just document providers, and firms that will provide access to quality guidance as you invest with the plan so that you can be sure you are not stubbing your toes on the IRS guidelines.Do your homework and speak with some custodians and some providers of IRA LLC plans and it should become pretty clear to you who is "for real" and not just selling something.Sorry for the long rant, but clearly you had been thrown off course, and I felt is necessary to bring some clarity to the topic.

I see tenants who gladly pay $400.00 a month phone bill to cover the parent and kid.

His kids wrote over walls and carpetting is very dirty.

He brought his two kids, a boy approx 6 years old and an 8 year old girl.

There are LOTS of small children (ages 5 to 10) that either live there or they are dropped off to visit and the kids just run amuck, up and down the street all day.  

We had a cold call letter offer to buy us out but with two small kids we declined.

I encourage you to ask yourself if your kids and wife didn't have water, air conditioning or secure entries to the property, how would that make you feel?

I have a tenant which just informed me that their new neighbors next door are parking their cars in my tenant's backyard, blocking the driveway, stealing their kid's bikes, etc.

I don't see anything about spindles being added to make it kid proof.
