Would you rather have tenants destroy just the inside of a 800 to 1000 sq ft single-story rental unit, or have tenants destroy both the inside, outside, garage and the entire yard for a single-family house.

Long story short, I started a 90-day program with them, after a lot of doubts and internal conversations, here I am.
