If they are secured or unsecured, you need to be aware of usury laws, commercial loans are usually exempt but may not be from private individuals. :)

This forum is not made to promote individual turnkey companies, I am not sure how long this will last before the BP moderators pull it down.I hope you are able to get a good list of companies in the meantime because there are a ton of great turnkey providers here on BP and some are not on BP!!
