You will probably be required to tear the entire floor out and out in a vapor seal.  

That can add up in a hurry.We do have bigger repairs that we need to make - repaving at a multiplex, etc. but could hold off a year to start on those.Portfolio: We have 62 units.

A few things I can add to what you have already discovered -Encore At Reunion - It's in a great location, and, when you buy in there, you have access to the amenities in Reunion itself.

A $500,000 swing in profit on a $20M development might be reasonable but not in a $2M project.
