JMHO, but I have been looking at properties in NW AR as well as Little Rock (and everywhere in between) and if I were you I would lean towards LR as you can get a much nicer property for a much lower price.

I refuse to believe there is not a property that will work for me but it appears I just need to be patient and keep turning over rocks.

Its hard to part with a new property you have puts some sweat into - but you seem to be in a rock and a hard place.
