I lived on a friends couch for a few months working on growing an online training business that I can gladly say completely supports me now.

Getting the Refinance part of the R's quickly is crucial in the beginning if you want to grow quickly.

I am looking for additional avenues for investing that will help to increase or replace my current income with a focus of growing those investments over time.  

However, the addressable market still consists of more than 6.3 million students in 280 markets, based on my target market of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) and other public flagship institutions with more than 5,000 students.I've honed my skills and created competitive advantages that should help grow are tenant stream for years to come.
