This would probably raise the bills for tenants but they'd be able to cool the place in the summer.I'd appreciate any words of wisdom!

We all need to keep our cool until it does.

Although I'm anxious to buy my first property, it seems like a good time to continue educate myself, and maybe it's not a bad thing to educate and really learn a market until the winter, when (and if) the market cools off a bit.

Another cool thing is that a mortgage is a hedge against inflation.
