I updated the property (DIY + Family/Friends) by removing existing wallpaper, painting over the previous green colored walls with a light grey color, painted the trim white, replaced kitchen cabinet handles, and purchased stainless steel appliances.

It currently has fiber cement board that is an ugly green and old windows.

I heard about joining this group from David Greene in his new book, SOLD.

It feels like an incredible claim, but a host of economic indicators are flashing bright green.
