I'm guessing prime rate will still be low and that the government will help these banks to defer and make the loan Modification simple and easy for most owners? 

That’s when the government backs off and let’s tenants and landlords come up with some sort of agreement on how to pay back rent.

At the end of the day the Government wants their money just as bad as we do.

We did have a plan and policy in place to work with tenants if they could not pay rent in full by April 1.

Just a funny term that means the federal government doesn’t treat the LLC as a separate entity for tax purposes.

This is huge relief for many real estate agents that are often left out of government assistance programs.

We will see what the government rolls out in time.

Of course anyone who lives paycheck to paycheck who loses their job will struggle, however the government is supplementing the unemployment by so much that low income folks won’t end up having a reduction of income once unemployment kicks in.
